Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they govern your contract with Go Trips Peru for any booking made through our website, email, or in person. By making a full or partial payment, you and all accompanying travelers agree to these terms and conditions.
Media Policy
By joining a Go Trips Peru tour:
- You agree not to share or use any photos, videos, or recordings from the tour for commercial purposes without Go Trips Peru’s written permission.
- You allow Go Trips Peru to use any photos or videos taken during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes.
Payment Policy
- A 50% non-refundable deposit per person is required for all bookings unless otherwise stated in writing.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full on the first day of the passenger’s arrival in the city where the tour takes place.
- Payments must be made in the currency and format specified on the invoice. Any conversion or additional fees applied by banks or payment processors will be the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% per person is required at the time of booking. This deposit is used to secure your reservation and cover initial administrative costs.
- If you cancel your tour reservation within 30 days of the departure date, you will forfeit the deposit paid. Any cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
- Absence or lateness to the tour without prior notice will exclude the passenger from the right to a refund.
- Go Trips Peru reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, transportation issues, public health concerns, issues with service providers, or accidents.
Disclaimer
Go Trips Peru is not responsible for any illnesses, injuries, accidents, delays, or damages to persons or property during the tour, or any financial costs arising from such situations. This includes but is not limited to events such as medical emergencies, weather-related cancellations, or accidents. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events. Any additional expenses incurred during the tour, including but not limited to medical treatment or changes in travel plans, are the responsibility of the participant.
By joining any tour with Go Trips Peru:
- You assume all associated risks and responsibilities.
- You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in the tours.
- You and anyone acting on your behalf agree to these Terms and Conditions
- You indemnify Go Trips Peru against any claims related to the described risks.
- It is highly recommended to obtain adequate travel insurance for each participant.
- You declare that you do not suffer from any medical condition that may affect your ability to participate.
- In case of injury, accident, or illness, you agree to receive medical treatment and waive any claims, costs, or expenses related to such treatment.
- You commit to following the instructions of our guides, drivers, or hosts and ensuring that any minor under your care does the same.
- You agree not to take legal action in any country regarding the aforementioned risks and responsibilities.
- You understand and accept the potential risks of adventure travel, including weather changes, accidents, delays, or health issues. Therefore, you agree not to take legal action against Go Trips Peru for events beyond our control.
Other Provisions
- Physical and Medical Conditions: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are in adequate physical condition to participate in the booked activities.
- Legal Compliance: Go Trips Peru strictly complies with Law No. 29408 and strongly condemns any form of child exploitation, human trafficking, or related illegal activities.
- Jurisdiction: Any dispute related to our services shall be governed by the laws of Peru and resolved under the jurisdiction of Peruvian courts.
