Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our services, so you can plan your trip with complete confidence.

1. How far in advance should I book a tour?

We recommend booking your tour at least one to two months in advance, especially during peak season (April to October), when availability is limited.

For low-season travel (November to March), last-minute bookings may still be possible. If you have specific travel dates or prefer a private tour, securing your reservation early ensures the best experience.

Cusco has two main seasons: the dry season (May to October) and the rainy season (November to April).

  • Dry season: Expect sunny days with temperatures ranging from 15°C to 20°C (59°F to 68°F), but nights can be very cold, dropping close to 0°C (32°F). This is the best time for outdoor activities and trekking.
  • Rainy season: Frequent rain showers, especially between January and February, with temperatures between 12°C and 18°C (54°F to 64°F). The landscapes are greener, but trails can be muddy.

Regardless of the season, we recommend bringing warm clothing, as temperatures drop significantly at night.

We offer both group and private tours to suit different travel styles.

  • Group tours are perfect for those who enjoy meeting new people and sharing the experience at a lower cost.
  • Private tours offer a personalized experience with flexible schedules and tailored activities—ideal for families, friends, or those seeking exclusivity.
